Auger's Plumbing

Auger's Plumbing was incredible! Called before coming, and helped with 2 major problems we had: one with one toilet having many functional problems, and a kitchen faucet leaking. They advised me that the Delta faucet in the kitchen has a lifetime warranty, and rather than them taking the faucet apart and repairing, a better option would be sending photos of the faucet to Delta Faucet Customer Service, and have them send us a new replacement, that Auger's could then replace. Cost savings! ... They also advised that Moen also has a lifetime warranty, so I will be doing the same for a bathroom faucet and stopper and see if they can send a replacement. If so, I will happily call Auger's to come back and install both new fixtures at the same time! They are great to work with, and I've always had great service! Thank you Auger's!

Auger plumbing has been wonderful with the transformation of my old ho hum bathroom to what it will be when finished. Nicole was most helpful with every question that I've had. Both Anthony and Danae have been very helpful while being friendly yet most professional. DEFINITELY A 👍 company!

Anthony and crew showed up early, as arranged via phone. I explained the issue with my drains and they promptly went to work clearing the problem. I plan to use them again as the need may arise. Very courteous, competent and professional help. Danae and Troy returned from Auger's Plumbing to perform a camera inspection of lines and gave valuable information for further action consideration. As before, friendly, competent, professional service for a reasonable price. Plan to call them first for future plumbing needs. Very pleased.

After dealing with a leaking refrigerator supply line at my parent's house on Christmas eve, I called Auger's on 12/26 early in the afternoon. The dispatcher was friendly and helpful. So much so that she was able to have a tech out the next morning between 10 and 12. Not only was Troy a little early, but extremely efficient, clean and explained everything to my parents prior to my arrival at the house that morning. He had everything done and buttoned up in less than an hour. As someone who not only lives out of state, but also deals with multiple vendors in various trades, I would easily recommend this company for service. Thanks for being so prompt and fair with repair cost.
